Coffee For Jelly

I've been into coffee these past few days and I'm thinking of adding some spice on it! So what do you think am I making? It's quick and easy! Hello, Coffee Jelly!


First, what ingredients do we need:

  • 1 sachet Unflavored Gelatin (Mr. Gulaman) 
  • 2 tablespoon Coffee (instant)
  • Sugar to taste
  • 1 can Condensed milk (250 ml)
  • 1 pack All-Purpose Cream (250 ml)
  • 1 1/2 liters Water
How to:


Dissolve the gelatin in 1 1/2 liters of water in a casserole, you can simply follow instructions on packaging. Bring to a boil until fully dissolved, then add some sugar. Remove from heat and stir in the instant coffee and dissolve thoroughly. Pour into a shallow container and wait until cold. Set aside.




When the gelatin sets, slice coffee gulaman into cubes. In a bowl, mix gelatin, all-purpose cream and condensed milk. Refrigerate and serve chilled. Yay! Enjoy and have fun! x
