DIY: Cut Off Shorts

If you're following me on Twitter, you'd prolly know that i am very busy tonight but you know? I can't help myself to blog!  It's like my home work.  Just having a short break, so, I decided to blog. I'm going to share to you my supposed to be bottom last 2nd Zamboanga Bloggers meet ups. It's self-made by yours truly.  Here's a step by step guide:

Materials you need:
  • Old pair of jeans that fits you well (I chose my old colored jeans)
  • Scissors
  • Pencil
  • Tape Measure
  • Needle and thread
  • Pins
  • Bling (optional)

  • First, Lay jeans flat and turn inside-out. Measure how short you want them to be.
  • Draw a line using the pencil.
  • Cut along the tracing line with the scissors. (Make sure you don't cut the pockets!)

  • It looks like this.

  •  Next, fold and measure the tip of the shorts with your desired length. (Some are using iron to flat the folded part.)

  • After measuring, use pins to hold your folded cloth.

  •  Then starting sawing...

  • Then just add bling~y on it. I kept mine pretty simple. LOOK!

And VOILA! Now you have a new pair of cut off shorts!
