6-STEP SKIN CARE ROUTINE

LESS IS MORE!
Ever since back in my highschool, I have sensitive skin, I also make sure to have an appointment with my derma. Not until I discovered Cetaphil so I stopped seeing her and maintained my skin with these products.

  1. Cetaphil Cleanser
  2. Cetaphil Moisturizer / Sun Screen
  3. Physiogel Moisturizer
  4. Epiduo Anti-Acne Gel
So out of curiosity, who doesn't right? I tried a lot of products as you can see on my previous post which maybe triggerred the bumps on my neck.

When I started to see a real dermatologist last November, she told me to keep using my facial cleanser, and sun protection moisturizer in the morning. And the Epiduo Gel and Physiogel in the evening.

I believe the Epiduo Anti-Acne Gel is a miracle! Such a big help up until now, I am using for maintenance.

5. Olay Total Effects
  • Also, applying Olay 7 signs of aging twice a week if not forgotten. Haha
6. Vaseline Petroleum Jelly
  • to prevent my lips from cracking.
Anyhow, if you are experiencing the same nightmare like mine, I suggest you to see a dermatologist as soon as possible. Those products/medications that helped my skin to heal need prescriptions. So, I highly recommend to have your skin check before trying to self-medicate.

Few tips while you are under medication and after:

  1.  Keep hydrated; Drink a lot water.
  2. Have enough sleep.
  3. Change bedsheets/pillow sheets, every week or two.
  4. Less sweets, more greens.
  5. Be consistent with your daily routine, stick with what works for you.
So, do you have sensitive skin like me, what's your daily skincare routine? Everyday make up essentials coming up next week! Stay tuned! x
